April 13, 2023<\/strong> \u2013 Odyssey Logistics<\/a> (\u201cOdyssey\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d), a leader in multimodal logistics solutions, announced that the Company has sold its bulk tank truck transport subsidiary, Linden Bulk Transportation LLC (\u201cLinden\u201d), to Boasso Global (\u201cBoasso\u201d). The terms of the deal are not disclosed.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Odyssey specializes in markets with complex logistics needs and is a leader in chemical logistics. The divestiture of Linden is aligned with Odyssey\u2019s forward-focused strategy of providing neutral-to-transport solutions, allowing the company to utilize the full universe of carriers for the benefit of its customers. Odyssey will continue to expand its multimodal service offerings that optimize logistics operations across industries.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
