April 19, 2012<\/strong> \u2013 Global lead logistics provider Odyssey Logistics announced today that it has acquired Palos Heights, Ill.-based Interdom Partners<\/a>, one of the largest railway intermodal companies in the U.S. serving the domestic and international shipping community. The company manages a significant railroad network that drives efficiency and carbon footprint improvements. Interdom has experienced double-digit growth over the past three years.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u201cOdyssey Logistics is very pleased to add Interdom\u2019s intermodal services to our portfolio. Rudie pioneered independent stack train service and the first independent double-stack service for steamship carriers. Interdom now provides intermodal services to 60 international steamship lines, and numerous non-vessel operating common carriers (NVOCCs), freight forwarders, custom house brokers and beneficial owners.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
