March 22, 2010<\/strong> \u2014 Odyssey Logistics, announced today that it has entered into a five-year logistics management outsourcing agreement with Momentive Performance Materials Inc.<\/a>, a global leader in silicones and advanced materials. Odyssey Logistics is a global logistics and transportation service provider for chemical and process industries.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Odyssey Logistics will manage Momentive\u2019s inbound and outbound logistics including warehousing and transportation in North America, Europe and Asia. Momentive\u2019s SAP-based enterprise resource planning system will integrate with the Odyssey Global Logistics PlatformSM<\/sup>\u00a0<\/a>providing a single, integrated transportation management system globally. This will enable Momentive to view transportation activities \u2014 regardless of mode or region \u2014 through a single portal provided by Odyssey Logistics. As a result, Momentive expects to improve logistics performance while simultaneously reducing costs.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
